FOR NON-MEMBERS:

A donation of $136 per seat is required.

If you are not a member and want to pay for seating we have two ways:

1. Finish this form and it will bring you to a Secure Payment process that will        accept most credit cards.

2. If you want to pay by Check, abandon this form and send us a note with how many seats you need, your address, phone number, and email  with the donation check to:
